Shipment records track the physical collection and transport of assets from your site to the ITAD processing facility. They provide chain of custody evidence and handle hazardous goods compliance.

- Waste Transfer Note: consignment note reference for hazardous waste.
Tips
- Record seal numbers at both ends of the journey. Matching seal numbers at collection and delivery proves unbroken chain of custody.
- Always flag hazardous goods. Lithium batteries in laptops are common and require proper documentation.
- Upload proof of delivery and signed manifests in the Documents panel.
